Agreement
These terms apply to timerflip.com and the floating timer window it opens ("TimerFlip", "the site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use TimerFlip.
The Privacy Policy explains what data the site handles and is part of these terms.
The service
TimerFlip is a free online countdown timer with presets, custom lengths, an alarm, a floating timer, and full screen. You can use it for personal, educational, or work purposes, including in a classroom or on a shared screen.
We may add, change, or remove features, or take the site offline for maintenance, at any time and without notice.
Acceptable use
When you use TimerFlip, please don't:
- Disrupt, overload, or attempt to break into the site or the servers that host it.
- Use bots or scripts to send automated traffic, or to inflate ad impressions or clicks.
- Copy or republish the site, its design, or its text as your own, or embed it in a way that hides where it came from.
- Use the site for anything unlawful.
Timing and alarms
TimerFlip counts down from the moment a timer should end, so it stays accurate in background tabs. Even so, the alarm depends on your device and browser: muted tabs, system volume, battery saver, sleep, blocked audio, or a closed tab can delay or silence it.
Don't use TimerFlip for medical, safety, or other critical timing where a late or missed alarm could cause injury, damage, or loss.
Ownership
The TimerFlip name, the cube design, the text, and the code of the site belong to TimerFlip. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the site. You're welcome to link to any page of TimerFlip, share it, and show it on screen in a class or meeting.
Third-party services
The site may use Google Analytics and, in future, Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and showing an ad is not an endorsement. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices, and their own terms apply.
Disclaimer
TimerFlip is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, TimerFlip and the people behind it are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, time, or opportunity, arising from your use of the site or an alarm that didn't sound. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to USD 50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site changes. The new version applies from the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use TimerFlip after an update means you accept it. Questions about these terms go to support@webzido.com.
